At Nadia The Collection, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
